3. Accounts and access

Employer accounts require registration with a valid email address. TASC uses passwordless authentication (magic links) — no passwords are stored. You are responsible for keeping your login email secure and for all activity under your account.

Worker access via QR code is anonymous by default. Workers who create an Account Mode profile are responsible for their own credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TASC for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others. Specifically, you must not:

Non-disciplinary use requirement

Employers agree that TASC data will not be used for disciplinary action against individual workers. The platform is designed to surface aggregate trends — not to identify or penalise individuals. Violation of this principle constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Workers retain ownership of their Digital Safety Passport data. Workers may export or delete their data at any time. Employers do not have access to individual worker passport data without the worker's explicit consent.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Data you upload to TASC (observations, incident reports, documents) remains your property. You grant TASC a limited licence to store and process it to deliver the service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TASC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific regulatory compliance purpose.

TASC is a decision-support tool

TASC provides safety intelligence data to support human decision-making. It is not a substitute for professional safety management, qualified HSE advice, or regulatory compliance obligations. Employers remain solely responsible for workplace safety outcomes and compliance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASC's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
